El Salvador Yellow Bourbon from the same farm as our well received Orange Bourbon. This Bourbon is brighter with more floral and citric flavors, lemon citrus to be precise. In the cup, slight caramel and vanilla with a hint of red fruit. A well balanced bean with a nice body. For a delightful treat compare both Bourbons side by side.
