Java Gold truffles are composed of a Belgian dark chocolate ganache (cream, chocolate, and butter) which is infused with imported Egyptian coffee. The ganache is topped with an espresso bean before being hand-dipped in more Callebaut Belgian dark. Our expression of the deep mystery of Arabian nights!
