With such a large diverse coffee producing region, Africa provides the world with coffees that are nothing short of extraordinary. This regions amazing diversity can be seen from the world renowned acidity of the Kenyan coffees to the brilliant fruit flavors of the Ethiopian Sidamo.

CARIBBEAN
Medium body with medium to heavy acidity

The Caribbean is home to the world famous Jamaica Blue Mountains which have consistently produced one, if not the most sought after coffees produced. Although supply of coffee from the Caribbean is very limited we are always trying to expand our offering. The unique climate in this region creates the perfect conditions for producing these magic beans.

CENTRAL AMERICA
Light to medium body with medium to heavy acidity

Central American coffee is widely thought to produce the best combination of body and acidity. This is truly coffee's paradise. This area regularly delivers award winning coffees. In fact some of the highest prices ever paid were for coffee from this area. The quality is unmatched and is the primary reason we offer more coffees from Central America than any other.

INDONESIA / OCEANA

Coffees from Indonesia are among those with the longest coffee producing traditions. The fact that the Island of Java is synonymous with coffee in the English speaking world should indicate the importance of this region. These islands were created by the Ring of Fire and out of this geologically turbulent area is one of the world's richest volcanic soils. Coffees from this region are known for their heavy body and smoothness.

INDIA
Medium to heavy body with low acidity

We offer two coffees from India that are so unique they had to be classified separately from the region. Both are very low in acidity and high in body which would normally produce a cup that is not so distinct. This is definitely not the case with these old world style Indian coffees. You can taste the history in the Monsooned Malabar which is processed to replicate conditions on ancient coffee trading ships.

SOUTH AMERICA
Medium body with medium acidity

South America is known for having some of the most balanced coffees on the planet. We have found this region to be of high quality, consistent and very dependable. Coffees from this area are in such demand that the two top coffee producing countries are Brazil and Colombia respectively
