We won’t tell anyone … Includes: A rich dark chocolate ganache infused with nougatine and fresh brewed mocha is then molded in white chocolate for the best of both worlds; A balance of bittersweet and bitterness in the form of marzipan with fresh squeezed lemon that is then molded in milk chocolate; The natural juice of fresh black currants are melded with dark chocolate ganache and then molded in dark chocolate for this all time favorite. Almonds and hazelnuts are roasted, caramelized, and blended with dark chocolate to create a smooth & silky chocolate ganache. A touch of liquor de framboise is added for a modern twist on this traditional praline recipe. Available in 2 sizes Small - 4 pieces (3 oz.): Large- 9 pieces (7 oz.): 4 month shelf life.
