especially when the chocolate is Belgian the fruits are fresh, and the nuts are crunchy.
European styled barks (Les Plaques Chocolat) are hand-crafted in small batches using only the freshest ingrediants.
We offer European styled barks in three distinct styles:
Traditional - dark chocolate with orange slice, carmelized almonds, pistachio, and hazelnuts.
Mediterranean - dark chocolate with orange slice, toasted coconut, and pistachio.
Caribbean - dark chocolate with orange, carmelized sliced almonds, toasted shredded coconut, chopped dried lime and cranberry.
Compared to our traditional barks, these plaques are a little thicker, the fruits and nuts exposed along the top of the bark for tremendous presentation value, and they are cut into rectangles.
We package our plaques in gold ballotin boxes with a red ribbon.
