The newest member of PT's PASSPORT list, Costa Rica El Conquistedor is a very limited offering.
Their exporter in Costa Rica brought this coffee to their attention about a month ago. This coffee will remind you of an Ethiopian Harrar.
Strangely, you will certainly find fruit notes in this coffee. Not normally found in a Costa Rican, but PT found one micro-climatatic section of the Dota region consistantly producing cherry fruit that, after processing, certainly has those characteristics consistantly.
This is a sweet coffee with ripe red fruit notes and a caramally finish. A very nice coffee you won't want to miss!
